'Pushpa 2' Records Rs 900 Crore in Pre-Release Earnings!

'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is among the most awaited films of the year, with high expectations following the success of its prequel, 'Pushpa 1: The Rise.' As excitement builds ahead of its release on December 6, reports from News 18 indicate that the film has already raked in an impressive Rs 900 crore in pre-release collections.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the second installment, which has also secured a record-breaking deal for its digital and satellite rights at Rs 900 crore. An official announcement from the OTT platform is expected soon, and reports suggest that the film's theatrical rights have been sold for Rs 650 crore.

Directed by Sukumar, 'Pushpa 2' has a budget of Rs 500 crore and stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, and Sunil, with supporting roles by Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Jagapathi Babu, and Prakash Raj. The film’s music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, who, along with Allu Arjun, won a National Award for 'Pushpa 1: The Rise.'
